Because no one understands the intent of the design more fully than the design team itself, our involvement during construction allows us to provide timely answers to contractor questions, address unforeseen field conditions, and help maintain alignment between the design and the work being performed. At Miller & Associates, construction observation includes regular on-site visits by one of our construction residents, along with periodic inspections by the project manager. This approach carries through from the final stages of design into construction completion, helping ensure materials, methods, and instillation meet project requirements.
